ESPN has released a preview of “The Body Issue,” which hits stands July 13th. “The Body Issue” features athletes from around the world showing off their toned physiques while posing nude. On the 2011 cover, NBA superstar Blake Griffin posed nude for readers, and this year, another NBA star, 29-year-old, Tyson Chandler will grace the cover baring it all.  Team USA’s Olympic sprinter, Carmelita Jeter and WNBA power-forward, Candace Parker join Chandler on the 2012 list of athletes.  ESPN has the full list of the 27 athletes that will be gracing their pages this week.  The Daily Mail has more:

Go ahead and take a good look at some of the planet’s top athlete’s who have dared to bare it all for ESPN’s fourth annual ‘The Body Issue’.

Ripped and toned, these sportsmen and women represent the limits to which the human body can be pushed and have been recruited from the leagues of the NBA, the rolling waves of Brazil and the tough competition of the Olympic Games.
