Charlamagne Tha God almost caught in a World Star moment
New York City morning show host and Hip-Hop personality ‘Charlamagne Tha God’, took to his radio segment Donkey of the Day to discuss an attempted World Star moment gone wrong . Charlamagne was outside of the radio station in the early morning hours, when four men attempted to attack him while a cameraman recorded. The Power 105.1fm radio host reports one man asked if he could get a drop for a DVD and after Charlamagne refused, another man reached to hit him. Charlamagene ran from the men and later noted he “took of running like a track star instead of taking the L”.  The radio host made several references to the incident on his Twitter account:
Old Heads really tried to Worldstar me this morning tho. I had on Adidas shell toes you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t going to run out them…It comes with the territory tho especially in Hip Hop if you speak your mind people will react, sometimes it gets physical, that’s the game.
Charlamagne Tha God has recently been making headlines for his latest beef with Hot 97 Legend Funkmaster Flex as well as an almost physical altercation with artist Busta Rhymes.
