Adrian Peterson hospitalized after allergic reaction to seafood
theGRIO REPORT - Minnesota Viking's running back, Adrian Peterson, has been temporarily hospitalized for an allergic reaction to seafood...
After a season-ending knee injury last winter, Minnesota Viking running back Adrian Peterson has had a rocky off-season so far. With a court date set for August 6th following a Houston nightclub incident in which Peterson was charged with resisting arrest, he has been temporarily hospitalized for an allergic reaction to seafood.
ESPN reports that Peterson has returned to camp and is expected back soon. “He’s back now, in the dorm, resting. He’s doing fine,” said his coach Leslie Frazier. “Little bit of a scare, but he’s fine.”
Peterson, who eats seafood regularly, had a severe reaction to something he ate at Minnesota Sate University while at preseason camp. Peterson will return to rehabbing his knee this week.
