A shooting along the Detroit riverfront following a fight during a boat cruise has left seven people injured.
A female involved in an altercation went to a vehicle, drove back to the boat dock along the Detroit River, and opened fire on the crowd. Seven people were hit by gunfire, including one crew member.
“Unfortunately these half dozen or dozen people have now ruined a safe for a young crowd,” said Detroit Princess general manager Chris Clarke.
Police on Monday morning didn’t have a description of a suspect. The search continues for a woman police say opened fire.
