To Kill A Mockingbird, the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Harper Lee, is among the top 10 most-banned books in history, according to bannedbooksweek.org, which kicked off yesterday, and continues through October 6th. This is the 30th Anniversary of Banned Books Week.

And in celebration, libraries and bookstores throughout the country are hosting “read-outs”—readings of banned books.
