Getting to the website of the Brooklyn Nets is becoming that much more confusing now that Nets.com is redirecting visitors to the New York Knicks’ webpage.
In early October, rights to the Nets.com domain were purchased by an unknown source. It was rumored to have been Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. Cuban was suspected of the website purchase after a trade deal fell through with star point guard Deron Williams, who ultimately returned to the Nets.
At that point, the website showed Cuban with his tongue out and a message to Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov.
After this recent twist, it is still unclear who is behind Nets.com.
