Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

Just four days after announcing his retirement from stand up comedy on a street corner in Seattle, comedian Katt Williams is changing his tune, according to TMZ.

Williams’ management team says the comedian is in fact not done.

“Katt is definitely not retiring,” his reps told TMZ. “He will be moving forward with the tour … Friday is Texas, Saturday New Orleans, and on to Alabama.”

“The reason why he made remarks was due to him feeling totally disrespected by all the things that happen to him in the city of Seattle. He had a moment where he felt very unappreciated. He now just wants to move forward from those unfortunate events and give his fans outstanding shows from this point forward,” they added.

Williams has also recently been charged with two counts of 4th degree misdemeanor assault in Seattle stemming from a bar fight this past weekend.
