Actor, director and producer Tyler Perry announced a $1 million dollar donation to T.D. Jakes’ youth center and laid his hands on Jakes’ during this past weekend’s MegaFest event in Dallas.
Perry spoke during morning service on Sunday at Jakes’ Potters House church.
“They don’t understand it in Hollywood, but I’m going to tell you something about the blood of Jesus,” Perry told the audience.
After announcing his donation, Perry placed his hands on Jakes’ head and blessed him.
Oprah Winfrey and Steve Harvey were among the other big names in attendance.
