One Bow Wow fan was over the moon when she “met” the young rapper online four months ago and quickly formed a relationship with him — or so she thought.

Keyonnah’s story was documented on MTV’s Catfish: The TV Show and the episode, which aired Tuesday, revealed how the young girl began communicating with someone posing as the rapper after she “liked” a Bow Wow fan page on Facebook.

She said daily text messages were soon exchanged and their relationship took off as the two explored their future together — the “rapper” even sent her $10,000 over the course of their relationship.

But while the constant communication and financial support convinced Keyonnah that this was the legit performer, she decided it was time to finally meet with Bow Wow and recruited the help of the show’s hosts Nev Schulman and Max Joseph to track down the rapper in Atlanta.

Instead, what they discovered left Keyonnah in a state of disbelief. The man behind the profile was not Bow Wow; in fact it was not a man at all — rather, it was a woman named Dee, also known as Dee Pimpin, who admitted she created the fake profile as a way to seduce girls.

Dee — a lesbian who appeared in the episode dressed in white shorts, a baggy, blue shirt and a chain — confessed that the money was borrowed from family and friends and that Keyonnah wasn’t the only girl she’s met online.

And while she said she understands that the girls interested in Bow Wow are most likely straight, it doesn’t seem to bother her much.

“For me, I like a challenge,” Dee said, after admitting that she wears a lamb-skin accessory in bed.

As many expected, Keyonnah was devastated and quickly ended the relationship.

While the show’s premise is based on discovering the real people behind online relationships, it has never featured someone imitating a real-life celebrity — until now.

The real Bow Wow, who is a co-host on BET’s 106 & Park, addressed being the subject of the Catfish episode on his show.

“I feel honored. It’s dope and it’s fly when someone wants to be you,” he said. “And not only they wanna be you, in their mind they are you. That’s crazy. But I like it. It’s free promo. For myself.”
