While Kanye West has signed a $10 million deal with Adidas, another artist in the rapper’s G.O.O.D. Music label camp has been dropped from the sneaker brand.

Music artist Teyana Taylor collaborated with Adidas earlier this year and debuted her first sneaker in February, dubbed the Original Harlem Good Luck Charm.

The black-and-gold high-top shoes were in high demand and countless pairs were sold while a second release was expected on Black Friday.

However, after the sneaker didn’t make its way to stores on the shopping holiday, questions were raised on whether Taylor’s recent catty altercations with Rihanna on Twitter affected the business deal.

Following their public dispute, Taylor replaced her profile photo on Twitter with a battered image of Rihanna, which was taken moments after her domestic abuse assault by Chris Brown.

A petition was then launched online calling on Adidas to end their endorsement deal with Taylor.

“This is not about RIHANNA, this is about all the ABUSED WOMEN of the world being MOCKED! IT IS A SHAME that ADIDAS seems to be endorsing @TEYANATAYLOR!” the petition reads.

Taylor’s rep admitted Monday that her collaboration with Adidas was “on hold” and that she had not not dropped.

However, a rep for Adidas reportedly told MadameNoir: “We have ended our relationship with Teyana Taylor and do not have any upcoming product launches with her.”

When asked why, the official simply responded: “All I can say is that Adidas partners with athletes and artists who blend well with our brand values.  We evaluate our relationships with partners based on the values we hold at Adidas and we don’t condone violence of any kind.”
