During the fall months of 2013, we saw the birth of Sean “ Diddy” Combs’ brainchild of a new music network, Revolt TV, and it’s been billed as “the new number one” in music television.
A throwback to the early days of MTV and BET, Revolt TV wants to fill a void that’s been felt in music entertainment, yet they haven’t launched a flagship program to call their own just yet.
Enter The Breakfast Club.
Recently Revolt TV announced a partnership to stream the popular hip-hop radio show 5 days a week. Beginning in March 2014, expect to see DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlemagne Tha God broadcast on air in real time.
Revolt TV CEO Keith Clinkscales stopped by theGrio to discuss the evolution of Revolt TV, The Breakfast Club and social media’s permanent connection with a new generation of music fans.
