A Tribe Called Quest rapper Q-Tip in teaming up with Wolf of Wall Street stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill to create a new TV show.

The scripted drama will be based on the life of the Queens rapper as a rising emcee within the the Native Tongues era.

While details are scarce, a source told Deadline that the series would be produced through DiCaprio’s company Appian Way.

Q-Tip is a founding member of A Tribe Called Quest, and a respected producer and DJ who’s worked with Busta Rhymes, Pharrell and Kanye West. From the late 80’s to the early 90’s, the Native Tongue Era in hip-hop produced legends such as De La Soul, The Jungle Brothers and saw the emergence of Afrocentric lyrics, which were embraced by mainstream audiences.

Actor Michael Rappaport recently produced a well-revived documentary, Beats Rhyme & Life,  focused on A Tribe Called Quest’s career in 2011.
