If you were to Google Charlamagne Tha God and Lil Duval, you’d find a long and detailed list of their collective accomplishments.
They’ve definitely earned in their stripes in the entertainment industry.
Lil Duval was a rising comedian that you could find regularly on BET’s Comic View a decade ago, when language restrictions were a lot looser, while Charlemagne Tha God was paying his dues on hip-hop radio, most notably with legend Wendy Williams at Power 99 in Philadelphia. Since 2010, Charlamagne is one third of the highly successful Breakfast Club morning show.
After parlaying their success on MTV’s hit show Guy Code as talking heads, the two personalities now star in their own shows, Charlamagne & Friends and Ain’t That America. The outrageous duo sat down with theGrio, breaking down what trends men should leave in 2013.
Ain’t That America and Charlamagne and Friends will return to MTV2 Wednesday February 5th 11pm EST/PST
