ATLANTA – Kevin Hart’s ex-wife Torrei Hart stole the show last night at the official launch event for her Cherry Lemonade-flavored drink mixer with the Skimpy Mixers product line.

Looking chic in a figure-hugging ankle-length dress, Torrei was all smiles for the cameras and evidently relishing her solo time in the spotlight.

The former wife of superstar comedian Kevin Hart has teamed up with the new Dallas-based beverage company as one of the faces of the brand.

“It’s a good brand to be associated with,” Torrei gushed about the line of low-sugar drink mixers made from real fruit juices. “When the opportunity came along I just wanted to be involved.”

The hot pink mixer integrates Torrei’s likeness and signature on the distinctive zebra-print packaging and joins a line that includes five other flavors: Orange, Pineapple, Berry Lemonade Sweet ‘n Sour and Skimpy Margarita.

“I love the women, their energy and aura,” adds Torrei, referring to the female entrepreneurs and best friends that created the Skimpy Mixers brand.

“Torrei has been great to work with throughout the process of developing the Cherry Limeade mixer,” said Megan Toole, president & CEO of Skimpy Mixers.  “We’re excited about kicking off our partnership with her and having Skimpy Mixers featured in an episode of Atlanta Exes.”

Torrei, who has made it clear in recent interviews she has the drive and talent be a megastar in her own right, was joined on the red carpet at Atlanta’s Boogalou Restaurant Lounge with fellow co-stars of the upcoming VH1 reality television show Atlanta Exes.

The reality star newbie — alongside Tameka Raymond (Usher’s ex wife), Christina Johnson (Cee-Lo’s ex) Sheree Buchanan (ex-wife of NFL player Ray Buchanan) and Monyetta Shaw (Ne-Yo’s former flame) — has been busy filming the inaugural season, which is scheduled to debut this summer.

In a recent interview with theGrio, Torrei said far from catfights or “broken glasses” the all-female ensemble are getting on like a house on fire. “We have all been in similar situations. It’s a common bond. It’s organic.”

Far from scorned exes, Johnson says she decided to commit to the project because she felt Atlanta Exes would be an empowering, “positive” show. “We all sincerely love each other and are getting on great.”

“It’s a sisterhood, there’s a lot of bonding and it’s funny,” says Buchanan. “A lot of people are going to relate to what we’ve been through, people who’ve been through divorce, women dealing with bringing up children and co-parenting.”

Still, Raymond was noticeably absent Tuesday night. It comes following unconfirmed online speculation fueled by a gossip blogger that Usher’s former missus has abruptly quit Atlanta Exes after a heated argument on set.

Other familiar faces who turned out to show their support included R&B singer Bobby V, Michael Keith (R&B Group 112), Toya Wright and VH1’s Blake Sunshine.
