Father accused of beating son while at school

Houston, TX –  A Houston, Texas father is facing charges after accusations that he beat his son at the boy’s middle school.

Christopher Levy has been charged with injury to a child.

Investigators said Levy pulled the boy out of class after a parent-teacher conference at Forest Brook Middle School on Wednesday, then hit him repeatedly. Houston ISD police officers pulled Levy off his son. Levy was arrested and his son was taken to the hospital.

Quinaya Devaughn said the boy is her cousin and she saw the altercation during lunch time.
