Former NBA star and current TNT analyst Shaquille O’Neal is currently under investigation in Atlanta for allegedly assaulting a co-worker last year.

The incident, according to a police report, allegedly took place at Turner Studios in May, reports ESPN.

Robert Williams, the co-worker who filed the police report, said the NBA analyst ran up from behind him, hit him with a “tackle punch” that knocked him down and O’Neal fell on top of him, resulting in injury to his back and neck.

O’Neal’s attorney commented to WSB-TV in Atlanta that the event “was nothing more than horseplay. No one intended for anyone to get injured.”

In response, Williams’ attorney denied the incident was horseplay and added that his client was “presently recovering after surgery.”

No charges have been filed by police. The alleged assault is still under investigation.
