A viral video which allegedly shows an enthusiastic 2 Chainz fan in a bad light may have put the rapper in legal hot water.
The video in question, titled “#thisisyourTHOT,” shows a female fan backstage at one of his shows, claiming she was there as a guest to Cap 1, a member of 2 Chainz’s entourage, but it doesn’t appear to be the case.
For those not hip to the constantly changing lingo in the hip-hop community, a T.H.O.T. is a derogatory acronym that stands for “That Ho Over There.”
The term has been popularized by rappers like Chief Keef and Katie Got Bandz, and one can understand the embarrassment that comes from being labeled a T.H.O.T.
For instance, the woman in the 2 Chainz video is none too pleased. According to her Instagram account, she’s planning to sue the “Hairweave Killer.”
“For the record I’m not a thot, I reset my account because I had family on it. Tauheed Epps aka 2 [C]hainz you will definitely be hearing from my lawyer,” Tina says in her IG bio.
