After recent rumors of him being sued for unlawfully filming a fan, the man born Tauheed Epps will be reportedly be facing felony charges for possession of codeine.

Codeine is the main ingredient found in the popular drug sizzurp.

The charges stem from his June 2013 arrest at LAX for possession of marijuana, where officers also allegedly found promethazine on his person.

If convicted, 2 Chainz could face up to three years prison.
