Justin Bieber extended his public relations losing streak Wednesday.
TMZ released another video of Bieber appearing to use the N-word again, as a replacement lyric for one of his singles.
The site reports the video was produced when Bieber was 14. The young pop star says the N-word repeatedly as a substitute lyric for his song “One Less Lonely Girl.” He also makes reference to joining the Ku Klux Klan.
The video’s release comes just days after Bieber issued an apology for another video which showed him telling a racially-charged joke about African-Americans fearing chainsaws.

What makes this worse for Bieber is the fact that his mentor Usher co-wrote the 2009 single “Lonely Girl.”
TMZ recently caught up with Usher and asked him about Bieber’s chainsaw crack from the weekend, but the singer hurried away in his vehicle without answering.
