It’s official: Oprah Winfrey has reunited the cast of A Different World.

Oprah brought the cast of the hit 90s sitcom together Wednesday in Los Angeles to tape an upcoming episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now?, an Oprah Winfrey Network publicist confirms to theGrio.com.

Debbie Allen, an executive producer on the show, posted a behind-the-scenes group shot of the cast on her Facebook page. She wrote:

Thank you Oprah Winfrey for bringing us together! Reunited and it feels so good!!!!! #ADifferentWorld.

Cast members present for the reunion also included Sinbad, Dawnn Lewis, Cree Summer, Jasmine Guy, Kadeem Hardison, and Darryl M. Bell.

During an interview with theGrio.com’s Chris Witherspoon in April, Allen opened up about her journey to bring A Different World back to TV:

I have been trying with some very powerful people behind me [to reboot A Different World]. The difficulty is that it’s very convoluted when you’re mixing old writers and new writers. I just wanted to have the name so that I could get started again. Bill Cosby wanted to see this happen. Right now we’re kinda at a stand still. I got really far up that ladder, and then I got stopped. So we’re going to re-investigate it again because it’s such a good idea.

Tune in for an all-new episode of Oprah:Where Are They Now? featuring Candy Spelling, a reunion with the battling blondes of Knots Landing, and Antonio Sabato, Jr., airing this Sunday, June 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.
