What’s the beef?
Meek Mill has a problem with a rapper that’s on his same record label.
Earlier this week, the Maybach Music Group (MMG) emcee announced the release date of his sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money.
In the past, the MMG roster, which includes members CEO Rick Ross, Stalley, singer Omarion and Wale, would all promote the next album underneath the brand collectively. According to Meek’s tweets, the rapper Wale did not. In a series of tweets, Meek touches on racism, jealousy in the industry, then finally blasts Wale for his disloyalty, calling him a “cornball.”
When u young and successful…U experience a different type of racism. and it brings jealousy, hate & a new level of people tryna bring u down

Wale just ain’t gone tweet a thing about my album…. He’s been hating on me long time now …don’t even text me cornball! #UNOTMMG

Everybody can see it! None of y’all dudes don’t call me text me nothing it is what it is!

I don’t really want no suckas in arm reach of me…. My hands might lose control! That’s how I’m rocking

Wale has yet to respond, but Griofam, do you think this beef is real or a promotional tactic? After Rick Ross, Meek Mill and Wale are the biggest artists on the label. Let us know what you think in the comments below.
