Charlo Greene accused of smoking out neighbor, causing child to be ill

Aside from her recent outburst on live television, Charlo Greene is also in hot water with a legal dispute between her and her former neighbor, Tyler Gilbrech.

Apparently, the former KTVA reporter smoked so much medical marijuana, that the smoke she produced were practically fumigating her neighbors, allegedly causing one child to be sick, reports TMZ.

Gilbrech claims that the smoke was so much that it led to the illness of her 4-year-old daughter. When he confronted Greene two weeks ago, she retaliated by threatening him several times and warning him to “watch his back.”

Outraged at this response, Gilbrech proceeded to get a restraining order against Greene. While Greene has since moved out of the apartment building, the restraining order still stands. She denies threatening Gilbrech, and instead accuses him of harassing her with racial slurs.

Greene became a hot topic earlier this week for her outburst on live television to show her strong stand on Alaska’s upcoming vote for the legalization of marijuana.

After finishing a report on the Alaska Cannabis Club, she revealed herself to be the its founder and finished off her report by dropping the F-bomb and quitting, saying that she would devote her time to fighting legalization of marijuana in the state.

Her outburst do not sit well with other supporters of marijuana legalization. Kindman president and CEO Ryan Fox slammed Greene’s action, saying that they can potentially harm the credibility that the legal marijuana industry is trying to build.
