‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Jesse Williams protests in Ferguson
theGRIO REPORT - 'Grey's Anatomy' actor Jesse Williams took part in rallies and protests over the weekend in Ferguson, MO protesting the death of Michael Brown.....
Protestors from across the country came together in Ferguson to rally over the weekend.
The demonstrations have been dubbed #FergusonOctober on social media as activists continue to seek justice in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
Grey’s Anatomy star Jesse Williams was among the protestors marching for Brown and other purported victims of police brutality.
Williams has been one of the most outspoken members of Hollywood over the wrongful shooting death of Michael Brown.
The 33-year-old actor documented his experience in Ferguson on Instagram and Twitter.

Williams was joined in Ferguson by his fellow Question Bridge: Black Males team members. With Question Bridge, Williams hopes to represent and redefine black male identity in America.
“We’ll be archiving the thoughts and concerns of the people and recording Black males asking and answering the questions that matter to them,” Jesse said in a Tumblr post on October 8.
