Rapper Rick Ross continues to shed weight, and all you need to do is check his Instagram to see proof.

It’s tough to estimate how much weight Rozay has lost, but it’s clear he’s kept up his CrossFit workouts he raved about earlier this year.

Ross showed off some pretty dramatic Instagram photos in recent weeks.

Back in May, he told radio host and DJ Tim Westwood: “I do this s*** called CrossFit. I call it ‘RossFit.'”

The rapper said he’s enjoyed a change in diet and the extensive training CrossFit requires: “It’s a different type of workout,” he said. “I feel good.”

In 2011, Ross suffered multiple seizures. Both occurred in separate fights, and he required CPR to be revived.

After that, Ross decided to change his lifestyle and regain his health.

It looks like Ross is taking control of his health and body. Bravo.
