Bus driver stops bus, stabs man who had sex with his wife

theGRIO REPORT - A New York City bus driver stopped his route when he spotted a man in another vehicle who was having sex with his wife.

A New York City bus driver stopped his route when he spotted a man in another vehicle who was having sex with his wife. 30-year-old Ephraim Henry then got out of the bus, which was empty, and stabbed Oscar Williams, 48, with a pocket knife. The injury resulted in blood getting on the front of the bus. Williams fled from his attacker, notified police, and was taken to the hospital, where he was reportedly in stable condition.

A witness said “there was a lot of blood coming from his arm,” and that “someone tied it with a do-rag.” Cops apprehended the assailant shortly thereafter.

Henry was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and assault, and an unnamed transit source indicated that he had been disciplined at work before. Henry has worked for the Metropolitan Transit Authority since 2006, but the source said, “I wouldn’t say he’s been a model employee.”

Law enforcement officials said that the pair were involved in a love triangle involving Henry’s wife, and that their disagreement had been ongoing for some time. A spokesperson for the MTA indicated that the bus was not on duty during the time of the incident, and was returning to the Queens depot.
