VH1 fires Yung Berg from 'Love & Hip Hop Hollywood'

Vh1 has decided to give rapper Yung Berg the boot from their hit show Love & Hip Hop Hollywood. The cable network broke the news on their website. Yung Berg was arrested on November 5th for allegedly brutalizing his girlfriend Masika Tucker.

TMZ reported that 30-year-old rapper/producer was arrested for allegedly beating up Tucker and charged with “obstruction of breathing.”

Yung Berg and Tucker were at the Gershwin Hotel on East 27th street in New York City when they got in an argument in which he allegedly grabbed her by the neck, threw her to the floor, dragged her by her hair and hit her in the face.

When cops came, the woman had bruises and complained she was in pain. The arrest took place hours after taping the show’s reunion special. In a report on their website VH1 said the following.

Based on the severity of the allegations against Yung Berg, VH1 is terminating its relationship with him in connection with Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, effective immediately.
