As protests over the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner continue, the images of a plainclothes CHP officer pointing his weapon at a camera and a crowd while standing over a man covering his head have only stoked the flames of outrage, reports KTLA. It’s still unclear whether the incident took place in Berkeley or Oakland.
