A Texas woman was pulled over by police last August while her four children were still inside the car. This week, she filed a $2 million lawsuit against the police and city.

Forney police were searching for four black men in a tan car and instead pulled over Kametra Barbour in her burgundy sedan, according toNBC DFW.

The incident was captured on a dash-cam, and the video shows the mother being ordered at gunpoint to walk backward toward the officers until they put handcuffs on her. The video also shows Barbour’s 6-year-old son getting out to approach the police officers, at which point the officers yell, “Guns down! Guns down!”

The officers apologized and explained to Barbour that they had been dispatched to the wrong car.

The lawsuit, claiming $2 million in damages, states that Forney police were not trained in  “ascertaining whether a person stopped is actually a person that should have been stopped.”
