DOUGLASVILLE, Georgia (AP) — An investigator says a man had been arguing with his ex-wife over taxes and child support before he killed her and three other people and then fatally shot himself in a neighborhood near Atlanta.
Douglas County sheriff’s Capt. Bruce Ferguson says 33-year-old Cedric G. Prather Jr. fatally shot his ex-wife, 33-year-old Latoya A. Andrews, and her boyfriend, 33-year-old Joseph Terry Brown.

Ferguson says Prather also killed his 7-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son. He shot and wounded two other children, who are in critical condition: Andrews’ 15-year-old daughter and Brown’s 7-year-old daughter.
Some of the victims were shot inside the house where and others were shot in the street outside.
