A 9-year-old boy died in Ohio Tuesday after he ran out into the street and was struck by a city dump truck.
In the aftermath of the incident, police are trying to determine whether or not the boy was running away from a bully when he was hit, reports Fox8 Cleveland.
Last week, nine-year-old Devion Lesure was struck by the truck on Hayden Avenue, and police are looking into allegations that he was being bullied at the time as part of an investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
