The 44-year-old Love Jones actress sparked engagement rumors after being spotted wearing a sizable sparkly diamond on her ring finger.
Udoka is a former NBA player and currently serves as the San Antonio Spurs assistant coach.
The couple have been romantically involved for five years and share a 3-year-old son, Kez.
