Roman has two teenage daughters with retired basketball star Kenny Anderson.
Roman’s former Basketball Wives co-star Evelyn Lozada recently endured similar heartbreak.
“You have a million and one questions in your mind as to what happened,” Lozada told People. “You just feel responsible,” she said. “It’s your body. It’s a loss that only you can relate to.”
Roman had been three months pregnant.
