Now, there’s talk of a Straight Outta Compton sequel that will center around the early career of Snoop Dogg, Tupac and other west coast rap legends, reports TMZ.
Dogg Pound member Daz told the celebrity gossip site that the new film will begin where the N.W.A. biopic ended.
The rapper also said that Dr. Dre’s son Curtis Young will portray his father for the project, currently titled Dogg Pound 4 Life. The remaining roles will not be filled by the Compton cast, Daz reportedly said.
Dr. Dre and Ice Cube will not be producing, however Cube did give the ‘sequel’ his blessing.
