The Psychic Readers Network is suing General Mills after Miss Cleo’s likeness was used in General Mills’ ads for the cereal French Toast Crunch.

PRN said in the suit obtained by TMZ that they had paid over $100 million to make Miss Cleo into a pop culture phenomenon and that General Mills was unfairly capitalizing on their hard work in popularizing the character. They are asking for all profits from the advertising campaign.

General Mills has made no comment on the matter.

In 2002 The operators of Miss Cleo’s psychic hot line agreed to cancel $500 million in customer bills, return all uncashed checks to customers and pay a $5 million fine.
