This weekend, Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson was hospitalized after a bad asthma attack.
This weekend, Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Lawson, was hospitalized after a bad asthma attack.
On Saturday, Lawson posted an image of herself at the hospital and explained that she had been traveling with her husband, Richard Lawson, when the attack hit.
“I came to Atlanta with my hubby for an award show. I had an Asthma attack and wound up in a hospital here. Hope to be out tomorrow! ! Pray for me!” she captioned the photo.

Then, yesterday, she posted again to assure everyone that she was okay and had been released from the hospital.
“Happy Day!! Getting out of Hospital on my way to airport to go home Thanks for the prayers!!!!” she said.
