Former RHOA star Kim Zolciak is putting Wendy Williams on blast after the talk show host insulated that she faked her recent mini-stroke.

Last week, 37-year-old Zolciak, who’s currently competing on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, suffered a mini-stroke, which left her hospitalized for 3 days.

She shared several personal photos from her hospital bed with her 1.5 million Instagram followers.

Apparently, this morning, Williams suggested that Zolciak possibly faked her mini-stroke.

Zolciak then took to Instagram, posting an email from a Wendy Williams Show producer asking her to make an appearance this morning on Hot Topics via Skype.

“I’m reaching out on behalf of the Wendy Williams Show. We hope Kim is recovering, resting and doing better,” the producer wrote. “If she feels well enough we would like to have her call in for a Skype chat during Monday’s live show to talk to Wendy. It will be during our highly rated hop topics segment at the top of the show… Please let me know your thoughts on if this is a possibility.”

Zociak accompanied a screenshot of the email with a caption calling Williams appalling and disgusting.

“Absolutely appalling!! @wendywilliams how disgusting for you to insinuate I “faked” my mini stroke on your show this morning!! You mad cause I didn’t come on your show! This clearly shows your warped mentality!!”
