Iggy Azalea slams Rita Ora's idea to remake 'Lady Marmalade': 'It should be left alone'

Iggy Azalea is backing away Rita Ora's idea of remaking 'Lady Marmalade'...

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

Iggy Azalea doesn’t want to have anything to do with a remake of “Lady Marmalade.”

The rumors of a remake got started with Rita Ora floated the idea, saying, “I’m trying to round up the troops. I think it would be me, Miley Cyrus, Charli XCX — she’d be fun — and Iggy.”

Azalea was quick to shoot the idea down, tweeting out, “Please leave me out of the whole Lady Marmalade conversation. I have nothing to do with ritas ideas & agree it should be left alone. Thanks.”

The Internet seems to agree with Azalea’s assessment, though perhaps not for the same reason. It seems the real beef Twitter has is with the lineup, and the Twitterverse has been abuzz with suggestions from Lady Gaga to Nicki Minaj.

Grio fam, what do you think? Should we bring back “Lady Marmalade”? If so, who would you want to see in it?
