Nicki Minaj’s ex, Safaree Samuels, is coming after her in a huge lawsuit, claiming that he was heavily involved in her work and that he deserves a cut of her profits.
Samuels specifically wants the profits from three albums, The Pink Print, Pink Friday and Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, and TMZ is reporting that he is expected to present plenty of evidence proving that he was involved in the production of this music.
The evidence will include videos of the two working together as well as voice memos and studio sessions. What’s more, Samuels said that his contributions were recognized by Minaj herself, because she gave him executive producer credit on her first two albums.
