Iggy Azalea ‘claps back’ at Erykah Badu’s Soul Train Awards Diss

By now you've probably either heard or seen the impervious shade thrown by Black Goddess Erykah Badu at Iggy Azalea at this year's Soul Train Awards. In case you live under a rock, you're welcome:

By now, you’ve probably either heard or seen the impervious shade thrown by Black Goddess Erykah Badu at Iggy Azalea at this year’s Soul Train Awards.

In the now infamous clip, Ms. Badu says, “Uh yes? Who is this? Iggy Azalea? Yeah, hey. Oh, no, no, no, no, you can come, ’cause what you doin’ is definitely not rap.”

The crowd then immediately erupted into chaos, and the Twitter world swept up the moment to drag the Australian “rapper” with memes and cracks at her blemished career.

Well, after a month’s hiatus from Twitter, Azalea broke her silence and chose to respond in the plainest vanilla way that she knew how.

We know it’s almost winter but yes, you are hearing crickets because that was one of the weakest clap backs of 2015.

Anyway, Azalea followed up with tweets about new music along with info about her horses’ health issue and praise for Lady GaGa. She then informed the masses that she wouldn’t be tweeting for the remainder of 2015.

We can’t even focus on the news as we wait in anticipation to see if Badu chooses to respond or not. We’ll definitely be watching.
