The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live!, and while she was there, she was asked whether or not she was looking to date anyone new now that she and her husband, Apollo Nida, are splitting.

When Parks was asked if she was dating anyone, her response came quickly: “Um, when I get divorced, but I’m still married.

When host Andy Cohen then pressed her and asked if the divorce was moving forward, she explained that it was “in process.”

Last month Nida hinted that he might be getting released from prison soon.

In a letter, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star said that it “won’t be long” before his release, though he had been sentenced to eight years in prison.

In 2014 Nida was found guilty of federal fraud after it was discovered that he owed $1.9 million in restitution to JP Morgan Chase and the IRS.
