Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

It’s official. Lark Voorhies doesn’t have an Instagram account, and a Twitter account claiming to be her is also a fake.

This might account for some of the strange things that Voorhies (or her impersonator) seemed to be saying online lately, as Voorhies says she doesn’t even go on Instagram and that her only social media account is her Facebook profile.

“Any posting ending with ‘LV’ is not from me,” she said.

“Once again I would like to reiterate that I do not have an Instagram account nor have I ever had one. The statements being made from [the Twitter account] @thelarkvoorhies are not coming from me,” Voorhies told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. “The person or people committing this identity fraud are causing great distress to myself and my family. They are treating this like a sick joke.”

Some of the latest photos and captions posted to the fake Voorhies account are somewhat odd. See for yourself:
