For years, rumors have followed David Justice about allegations that he hit Halle Berry, but he is insisting that he didn’t do it.
The rumors started when Berry said that one of her exes once hit her so hard that she was left deaf in one ear, and many people believed that the ex in question was Justice.
“People would say, ‘yeah, I heard it was David Justice,'” he said.
Justice went on to tell Inside Edition that Berry’s silence on the matter has only made things worse for him.

“If it was me, then say it. Say it,” he said. “But she can’t say it because she knows it wasn’t. So she’d rather not say it and just let you go ahead and believe it.”
He then added a plea directly to Berry, saying, “It would’ve been cool if you had come out a long time ago and let people know it wasn’t me. That would’ve been cool. But you didn’t do it.”
Justice expressed similar sentiments in a Twitter rant last November, saying, “She could’ve squashed [the rumors] at that time. I have 3 kids and a wife for 15 years. It was important that my kids knew that their dad didn’t do [it].”
