Nia Guzman says Chris Brown has given their daughter Royalty, asthma by smoking around her. Now she is filing court papers in an attempt to alter the singer’s visitation rights with their child.
TMZ reports that Guzman wants to Brown either hire a full-time nanny or give up visitation rights altogether. Furthermore, she is calling on a judge to ban Brown from smoking or consuming drugs or alcohol around Royalty.
Guzman alleged that, when she picks Royalty up from visiting Brown, Royalty reeks of smoke, though it was not clear whether Guzman believes he is smoking tobacco or marijuana. He is known to use both in his smoking habits. She has also requested that Brown be subjected to random drug testing.
This is not the first time Brown’s history of substance abuse has come up in relation to his daughter. In November, TMZ reported that Brown’s friends and family were worried that he would lose his rights to see Royalty because he would often drink a codeine-based sizzurp while he was with her.
The ShadeRoom reports that Brown responded on Instagram denying the smoking allegations and accused Guzman of using his for money, then deleted the post.
Guzman receives $2,500 in child support monthly. Guzman recently requested a judge increase it to $15,000 month.
