Astacio was not injured in the crash, according to police.
Astacio, 34, was reportedly on her way to court “to preside over criminal court arraignments,” according to the Associated Press.
According to Trooper Chris Kowalski, the investigation into the crash and the circumstances surrounding it is still ongoing.
