Rapper and social media star iLoveMemphis is back with a new dance track, “Lean and Dab,” fresh off the heels of his monster viral sensation “Hit the Quan.”

The “Hit the Quan” dance has been performed by a slew of celebrities, including The Rock, Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Terry Crews and Fifth Harmony.

The 23-year-old Memphis, Tennessee, native opened up to theGrio about how one weekend last year he went from nearly broke to internet fame after recording “Hit the Quan.”

“I was almost broke, you know… everybody has downfalls,” iLoveMemphis recalls. “But I took $35, and I just went and made this song. It was a viral dance. It just went viral.”

“I recorded it on a Saturday, posted it on a Sunday, and it was viral by Monday.”

Up next, iLoveMemphis is taking his signature moves across the country with “Let’s Dance — The Tour.” Kicking off in Miami March 4, the tour will stop in 15 major cities, including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia and San Francisco.
