Deorick Williams received a text from a wrong number, and he could have just ignored it. But he and his brother, Dennis, couldn’t pass up the opportunity to be part of the family’s exciting announcement: they were having a baby.

The group text included Williams’ number instead of a family member, and while he sent out a text saying that someone had the wrong number, he didn’t just bow out of the conversation.

Instead, he and Dennis announced that not only were they excited for the family but they had gifts and would love to bring them to the new parents.
