A Georgia special education teacher resigned after surveillance video emerged showing her knocking over a student who had just turned four.

Amelia Stripling can be seen in the video walking down the hallway before she comes across the 4-year-old boy blocking the door. The boy does not appear to see the teacher before she slams her knee into his back and sends him sprawling.

The incident is currently being investigated by the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services, and the boy’s mother, Sarah Patterson, has obtained an attorney.

Stripling, who worked in the system for two decades, has resigned.
