Atlanta police have named the suspect in the shooting death of Barney Simms, a civil servant active in the Southwest Atlanta area according to WXIA-TV.
Police say that they are looking for 17-year-old Eric Banks in connection with the murder but warn that Banks should be considered to be armed and dangerous.
According to police, Simms was shot outside his home, and he was discovered by police slumped over in his front yard. His car was reportedly taken by the suspects but was later recovered.
