Atlanta police have named the suspect in the shooting death of Barney Simms, a civil servant active in the Southwest Atlanta area according to WXIA-TV.

Police say that they are looking for 17-year-old Eric Banks in connection with the murder but warn that Banks should be considered to be armed and dangerous.

</p> <p>According to police, Simms was shot outside his home, and he was discovered by police slumped over in his front yard.
