WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) — A North Carolina hospital has apologized after a volunteer was captured on video screaming at a visitor and his family and telling them to leave. The man says on the video that the woman also used a racial slur.

The Winston-Salem Journal reports the nearly seven-minute video was posted to YouTube by Isaiah Baskins. A telephone number for Baskins couldn’t be found Friday and the newspaper said it was unable to reach him for comment.
